This luxurious canal-front pool home has everything you need for a fantastic stay on Siesta Key. Just steps to Siesta Key Village and a quick scenic walk to Siesta Key beaches. Enjoy the kayaks and bikes that are included with your stay. No car needed - walk, bike ride or take the free trolley all around Siesta Key.
Your island life begins as you enter the completely remodeled home with a clean, modern beach resort look and feel. You walk into the wide open spacious living area, with 2 living rooms, dining area and kitchen where you can enjoy time with family or friends while also having plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home if you choose and features quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Relax in either of the 2 living rooms with a total of 3 couches and 2 loveseats. Two of the three bedrooms feature king size beds with comfortable beach inspired bedding and artwork. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a matching twin xl bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, beach-white bedroom furniture, Ralph Lauren Polo blankets and built in closet organizers. The 2 full bathrooms are down the hall from the living area (one has a zero entry shower with rainfall showerhead).
When you enter Siesta Tropical Retreat, after noticing the bronze palm tree doorbell, you look straight through the living area and through a wall of sliding doors and become immediately drawn to the beautiful, very private, tropical backyard featuring an amazing private freeform pool/spa surrounded by palm trees, tropical plants and a large paver patio, luxurious lounge chairs, wireless speakers, top of the line stainless steel gas grill and large outdoor dining table. The property is on a canal that features wildlife such as fish, ducks, herons and even manatee! There is nothing better than enjoying time in the pool and spa (enjoying music, drinks and possibly a manatee sighting) after a long day at the #1 beach.
No need to worry about packing miscellaneous items for your vacation. Cleaning fee $300, $250/pet fee per stay (dogs only), 13% tourist tax, 5% booking fee. Security Deposit $500. Holiday weekly rentals add 20% - Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Crystal Classic, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve.
Pool Heater Fee (if use of pool heater is requested): $100/week. If heated pool option is chosen, heater will be set to 84 degrees and will be run with pool filter from 9 am - 4 pm as needed.
Propane for the gas grill can be purchased around the corner at Circle K.

Best of Everything!!
Kathi was so responsive and helpful as we prepared for our trip to Siesta Key Beach. Since we were traveling with grandchildren, we wanted a home that would offer a pool and hot tub and be walking distance (strollers) to the village and the beautiful beaches. The home fot us perfectly and is super super comfortable. The location is beyond amazing! If you’ve never been to Siesta Key beach before, walking to the village, is the key ingredient to a fabulous week. Thank you so much for the lovely stay, we look forward to coming back in the future!

A Little Piece of Heaven on Earth
This is a lovely home on beautiful island! My husband and I wanted to try out the Snowbird Lifestyle with an extended stay in a warm sunny place, and this was the perfect place to do just that. The whole place was spotless, including the pool, and overall very well maintained (no frayed towels or dated decor) and had everything we could possibly need to seamlessly move right in. We thought the location was perfect - just around the corner from Town shops, a grocery store and restaurants and just down the street from the beach, which was an easy walk carrying backpack beach chairs. Being that close, we were very happy that we couldn’t hear any sounds from the Town at the house - indoors and outdoors. We really appreciated that Kathi answered our phone calls and replied to texts quickly! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and can’t wait to return.

Great Location AND Pool!!
Thanks for a memorable stay in Siesta Key. I would very much recommend this beautiful and convenient home! A block from the village was perfect for us! Approximately 2 blocks from beach. Hosts very helpful and easy to reach if needed. We had an amazing time! Would recommend new / updated gas grill. Looking forward to returning:)

Great house and Location
This is an amazing house with a great location in regards to the village and the beach. The village is steps from house and a short walk to the beach. Despite the house being so close to the village it is quiet and peaceful. The house is a nice size and can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Loved having the pool and we had a manatee come for a visit in the canal. The pillows and the beds are very comfortable. The house had plenty of bath towels and beach towels for everyone to use.
There was plenty of beach chairs and a good size cooler on wheels to take the the beach.
I would highly recommend renting this house.
The owners are helpful and respond quickly when you reach out to them.
Will definitely be returning back to Siesta Key.

Peaceful haven on edge of SK Village eats and shops!
This is a phenomenal location in Siesta Key! You are less than a block from where the restaurants and stores are, but tucked into a lovely, quiet neighborhood! You can walk to Patriots Beach for taps at sunset or Beach Access 5. The main beach is a quick trolley (free) or drive away. The home itself is so well laid out and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious, the furniture inviting, the kitchen very well appointed. Loved the pool. All sorts of play stuff available for you to use in the laundry area. So many birds to watch along the canal, too! This is a GREAT spot to relax and enjoy time in the sun! And the owners are so responsive if anything comes up! Highly recommend!

Siesta Key 2023
Once again we had a great and relaxing stay in SK. Plenty of choices to eat and listen to live music. Beautiful white sand beaches with plenty of room. All without having to leave the key. The house is nice and comfortable with a private backyard which faces south so you can chill by the pool. A great place if you’re feeling lazy and want catch rays. The speed limit thru the Village is 15 mph which is just our speed. We really enjoy coming down to Siesta Tropical Retreat.

Great Location in Siesta Key Village
The house is just steps away from the restaurants and shops in Siesta Key Village and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard which is very private with a heated pool and spa. Overall the house is very clean and has a great layout with three bedrooms and a comfortable living room. We will definitely rent this house again.

What a great place to stay!
Super clean home! I can't say enough about that. Loved having everything we needed right there, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, bikes, kayaks. What a wonderfully thoughtout property. The backyard was the best place to be. We will definitely come back to this property. Loved being able to walk to the little strip for snacks or dinner, just an awesome time. The backyard was our favorite place and so beautiful and relaxing!

This beautiful home is located a short block from downtown Siesta Key for your enjoyment. In addition, this rental offers three generous size bedrooms with two rooms featuring king size beds, the 3rd bedroom features two single size beds and a trundle bed, in addition to a futon and roll away bed. The living room and kitchen offers all the amenities of your own home! Generous seating in the living room, granite countertops in the remodeled kitchen as well. The full wall of patio doors leaves your heart full, overlooking the newer in-ground pool and hot tub, fenced yard, canal and kayaks for your enjoyment! Your entertainment abounds with this oasis of the perfect getaway! Did I mention the beach is a short 3 blocks away, with all the amenities you’ll need that Kathi & Grant have generously furnished, bikes, beach cart, beach towels, fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys and much more.

Great location and winter retreat.
The Siesta Tropical Resort is located in the middle of the "village" 1/2 block from the main drag Ocean Blvd. The white sand beaches are walking distance and parking available if you want drive. You have 17+ restaurants/bars 3 blocks south and 2 blocks north plus a free trolley will take to the south end of Siesta Key where there are more places to eat and beaches to chill on. Great music during the day and evening inside and out. We like the music at Gilligan's Island Bar and the laid back atmosphere. The fenced in back yard backs up to a canal, pool and hot tub and great for pets. 2023 will be our 4th year staying in Siesta Tropical Resort. The house is very accommodating and has everything you need which makes it like home away from home. We can't wait!

5 ⭐️ and beyond!
My family and I stayed during the 4th of July holiday and to say it was memorable would be an understatement. This property is everything as described and more! You literally need to bring nothing. Once you’ve gotten your toiletries and food, you’re all set! They’ve thought of everything else! The location couldn’t be more perfect. No need for a car, we walked everywhere because it was that close! The owners were so helpful and attentive to us. Just a text away if we had any questions and very swift to respond. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future and I can’t wait!

Perfect Home with a perfect location to Downtown Siesta Key and Beach Access!
'Siesta Tropical Retreat' is just that! This beautifully maintained 'Tropical Retreat' is lovingly cared for by homeowner's Kathi & Grant. It was like our home away from home for us! Tastefully decorated through-out and completely updated, the kitchen offers everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are truly comfortable for a great night's sleep after your day visiting the town and various shops and/or the beach! The two bathrooms offer you either a whirlpool tub or a dual spray walk-in shower! The gorgeous newer pool and hot tub are truly relaxing after your day at the beach or just to stay at the home for the day barbecuing in your backyard. On top of all the amenities this home is also dog friendly with a generous size yard beside the beautiful appointed paver patio, lounge chairs and patio table all set for your entertaining needs. We truly enjoyed our stay in Kathi and
Grant 's home and they were very responsive to our needs or any questions we may have had. To say we're excited to return to 'Siesta Tropical Retreat' would be an understatement...we are already counting the days!!

Happy Holidays
We stayed at this tropical paradise over the holidays. The location is perfect. The home is exactly as described and the owner very attentive. My family of 6 were completely comfortable and there was plenty of room to host our extended family (that were staying elsewhere) for pool time and BBQing. It was very clean and well stocked. We cooked in at least once a day and there was everything you needed in the kitchen. When we wanted to go out it was a very short walk to the village. My kids loved having the basketball net in the pool...and they are in their teens and early 20s! Beach trips were also walking distance away, especially since carts, towels, chairs and toys were provided. You will not be disappointed with this rental and we hope to be back.

Loved our stay!
We were looking for a vacation house with a pool and great location. A Siesta Tropical Retreat was perfect! The house is beautiful and very clean, great pool with attached hot tub and bluetooth speakers outside in a nice private backyard. The house was stocked with anything you would need for the beach or leisure at home. Perfectly stocked kitchen supplies too. We had 6 adults and it was perfect to have 6 bikes available to take to the beach or ride around Siesta Village. There are several public beach accesses within a short walk or bike ride. We watched one sunset at Patriot's Pier and the flag ceremony after the sunset was very nice. Beach umbrella, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, pool floats/noodles, they have thought of everything for our convenience. Our older boys used the kayaks to explore the canal, a bonus amenity.
Siesta Key is one of our family's favorite vacation spots (we have family in Sarasota). I loved the location of this house, a very short walk to Siesta Village. The girls did an ice cream tasting 'tour' one night and we were able to walk to the shops and dinner easily or breakfast at a couple places.
I did one grocery delivery our first day and after that, anything we needed was also a short walk to the Market, VERY helpful! We highly recommend trying the local made popsicles sold at the market, they are DELICIOUS!! I also discovered a local made Siesta Key coffee rum at the liquor store conveniently right next to the market ;)
Kathi was AMAZING to work with through every process of renting and answering any questions while we were there. Very quick responses and so helpful, especially with traveling being uncertain during COVID. Our stay at A Siesta Tropical Retreat was a replacement for a cruise that was cancelled and we couldn't have been happier with finding this gem. I have already recommended this house to a friend and would definitely love to stay again. Beautiful house, nice quiet street and perfect location.

Clean, pet friendly and as close to the village as it gets!
Great spot within a 30 second walk into the village. The village is about a five minute walk to the beach as well. The house was very clean and has a nice pool area. The house was very equipped with beach and pool equipment. No need to bring your chairs, coolers, or toys, very nice touch! All the instructions for speakers and TV's are lined up nicely for you. Overall a great place to stay.

Siesta Tropical Retreat was perfect for our family. The home is spacious with a pool and located on a canal.
The amenities were fantastic: kayaks, beach chairs, pool floats, fishing poles, beach towels, coolers, bikes etc. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. They loved having a basketball goal, floats and other pool toys. We loved every minute of our stay.
With a short walk to the beach and just a few houses away from the village, it was a perfect location for us. We highly recommend this lovely home for your next trip to Siesta Key.

Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!
This home is perfect! Tastefully decorated, open floor plan with full kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with curbless shower. A beautiful pool and hot tub that we used every day was just awesome!
Only a block away from the village gives you access to all the restaurants and shops. I walked down to Solorzano’s to pick up a pizza one night and it was great. Not having to park your car in the village was such a plus.
Kathi was great to rent from, she is very accommodating and fast to respond. I highly recommend her home to anyone!

Wonderful family vacation!
Siesta tropical retreat was the perfect house for our family trip! We loved everything about it, especially the pool, layout of the house, and the proximity to town and the beach. We also had a little luck fishing out of the canal and even saw a couple of manatees.

Wonderful Stay~Great Location~Pet Friendly~Loved the pool
We rented this wonderful home from December 30, 2018 thru February 28, 2019.
First I want to say the owners were wonderful, easy to get a hold of and always responded to any issues that may have come up.
Location: Perfect location to the village, literally walk up the street and you are in the heart of the village.
House: The house was clean and nicely decorated with new ceramic tile that made for easy cleaning and nice soft beach colors. Everything you need for your stay is there, just pack your clothes.
The pool was perfect and we did have it heated for those months since it gets quite cold in the evenings. We have a hot tub at our home in Ohio so the spa was important to us and enjoyed.
The canal behind the house was nice for fishing however I would never eat anything that comes out of it. The house is at the end of the canal where water flow is limited.
It did provide much entertainment for all the visitors who love to fish.
If you love the sun this house is for you. House had full sun to the backyard from sunup to sundown. We love music and the wireless bluetooth speakers in the back were a plus. My husband, the grill master, used the gas grill often.

Perfect location and every amenity you need!
We loved our family vacation to Siesta Tropical Retreat! The house has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There is a beautifully maintained pool to relax by along with a spa. Our children loved the beach pales and shovels that are provided at the house to take to the beach. You can walk to anything including the beach, restaurants, shopping, ice cream and coffee shops. Kathi was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We are already planning to return in November 2019.

Awesome location only a few steps to all the action in Siesta Key Village. Great restaurants, shopping, and lively entertainment. Our family had a fantastic vacation in this lovely home. It is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped with many extras. Enjoy relaxing in the beautiful yard, pool, and spa too. Perfect for pet owners. Kathi & Grant were professional and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Siesta Key beach is stunning with pure quartz sand that resembles white flour. Short trip to St. Armands with art, shops, and restaurants, Ringling Circus Museum, Historic Downtown Venice, and Casey Key are a must. Enjoy!

Sunny Village Retreat!
My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home for 3 weeks in late January through February, 2017. It is a delightful, sunny and wonderful home. The kitchen is well stocked, it is in a quiet location---yet only 1.5 blocks to the village. The beds are comfy, the linens are exceptionally inviting and the pool is wonderful. Kathi is a great host..... she will answer your every question..... Highly recommend!

Just what we hoped for
Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for 20 years and during the Christmas Break for the last three years. We always try to stay in the Village area and were lucky enough to stay in the same home for many years. This is the first time we have stayed in Kathi and Grant's home and I can tell you we have never been more pleased. They have thought of every possible need, from biking to the pool floats and the bedding and towels were plentiful. There were even beach toys and sand chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and beautiful and the pool area was delightful. We grilled out several nights and enjoyed the landscaped back yard. We are anxious to return again.

Your best choice for location!
We stayed for 10 lovely days in this home and I have to say It was an even better location than I expected. Everything you could want to do is in walking distance or you can walk to the village (maybe a 3 minute walk)and hop in a free taxi . The house is well appointed and beds are very comfortable. We traveled with a 10 yr.old, 11yr. old , and 15 yr. old my 15 yr. old niece slept in the trundle bed and commented on how comfortable the bed was. In the kitchen you will find a drawer full of menus for the many nearby restaurants and information for water activities. I highly recommend parasailing while your there ! Considering how close everything is the street is very quiet and the owners were great to deal with. Thanks Kathi and Grant!

What a wonderful place
We stayed here for 4 months while we looked for a home in Sarasota. The location was great. Close the the village, close to the beach, yet was quiet and relaxing. The home was very well appointed from the kitchen, the linens and towels, and beach supplies. The pool and spa were like new, and the canal was great for kayaking.There were even bikes to ride to the beach. Could not have asked for a better place and nicer owners. Grant and Kathi were gracious hosts and were available if needed. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Perfect house and pool in the perfect location
Could not fault this beautiful house. Inside is everything you could need in a luxury holiday home, including TV system throughout the house, ac, dishwasher etc. Also included is everything you could need for outside with superb quality bikes, beach chairs and a parasol and a cart for transporting them to the beach. The outside pool is stunning, with a spa pool alongside and both lit up at night. Our kids were in it from before breakfast in the morning and back in again after dinner at night. The gardens back on to a canal with jumping fish and a selection of birds. A few steps away are plenty bars and restaurants on Ocean Boulevard, although no noise is heard at the villa itself. Can't way to go back.

Location, location, location
My parents and I rented this holiday home for one week in April. We were delighted with the property, it was nicely furnished and had absolutely everything we needed. One of the many positives was the location which was just a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants in Siesta Key village. This was a real bonus for us as we did not have to drive anywhere at night as it was all on our doorstep. Kathi who owns the villa was great to deal with and always contactable for any questions. The outside space is great and very peaceful despite its close proximity to the village and having a barbecue was a real bonus. I would not hesitate in recommending this property and I very much hope to return to it again in the not too distant future!

Wonderful Stay at Siesta Key
My family's vacation at Siesta Key was wonderful at this residence. It was well appointed with everything you would need for a great vacation. The location was perfect, just close enough to the village to walk and yet far enough away to enjoy the quite evening in this tropical location. There was a variety of wild life you could observe from your living room or from the pool. I would recommend this residence to anybody.
The owners were very attentive to our needs and made efforts to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

a perfect stay ...
What of a gem this home is. Home away from home ...I couldn't ask for a better stay. Everything was exactly as described ... but better. The pictures don't even do this beach home justice. The pool was exceptionally nice ... my kids lived in it if were weren't at the beach itself. The beach is easy to get to and so incredibly beautiful. Clear water ... white sand. Just gorgeous. The bikes Kathi provided were so useful. We rode all over the village on them. So fun! We are making Siesta Key our annual place to vacation and will choose to stay at Siesta Retreat when we do return! Five stars all the way...

Simply Amazing
To be completely honest I thought about leaving a negative review so that maybe people wouldn't want to stay here and then it wouldn't be so booked every summer! But that's just me being selfish. This place is truly a gem. Literally minutes to walk into the heart of Siesta Key village, we never even had to get in our car during our entire stay, everything is a short walk away. The house is gorgeous, modern and very comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature even with it being very hot all day, and it was in the sun all day! Our 18 month old daughter loved playing on the oversized first step area or along the benches in the pool. The house has everything you could ever need and then some, and Kathi was always very helpful if we had any questions. We can't wait to go back!

A Secret Piece of Paradise!
We chose Siesta Key to be close to my sister in law while we stayed to visit. We both have two year olds and loved the idea of having a pool for them to play in. We had no idea we were in for one of the most memorable trips of our lives. This house not only was amazing in every way possible, but Kathi and Grant were so nice and so easy to talk to. This house provided all the comforts of home. The house was even closer than I thought to town and to the beach. We just got back and Im already trying to plan on a trip back asap.

Paradise Found
Our stay at Siesta Tropical Retreat was truly amazing. The house was so clean, charming and well appointed, it had everything you could ever need for your vacation. It was like a home away from home. Plush towels, comfy beds , bikes, beach accessories and a chefs kitchen to name a few. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. The property is surrounded by tall walls and backs up to a canal so it was like being in your own private paradise. We traveled with another couple and because of the layout of the house we all had plenty of privacy.
The Retreats location is perfect, just steps from Siesta Village's bars/restaurants, shops, market and a VERY short walk to beautiful Siesta Beach. We grilled out one night, packed it up and carted it to the beach for a sunset dinner.
Kathi was available for any questions we had and was very accommodating, we loved this place so much we book for the next few years.
Helpful tip: the sliding glass door is actually a sliding glass wall which when open makes the house feel alfresco. Unfortunately we didn't realize until our last day. But now we know for our next visits.

Comfortable Clean Oasis- LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
My family and I had a wedding in Sarasota and had never been to the area. With out knowing what to expect and guessing where to stay based on reviews we chose this perfect house that had everything we needed and more. What a surprise and a relief to find that this location was perfect! We were able to ride the bikes provided everywhere we needed to go or walk! The beds were very comfortable and everything was incredibly clean. They have plenty of beach towels, sheets and blankets! We were SO comfortable here and are already talking about going back. The owners of the home could not have been easier to communicate with. They would check in with us and ask us how things were going and were able to give us recommendations but still giving us plenty of privacy and space. You can tell their goal is to make every one have the best possible experience. The beaches are incredibly beautiful and there are an abundance of restaurants and shops in walking distance to the house. The pool was perfect and they have everything you need for the beach- toys, coolers, beach bags. They truly have thought of everything. The showers and bath tub were great. There truly is not one negative thing my family could say about this house or Siesta Key. Looking forward to our future trips back and would truly recommend this to anyone that was looking for a wonderful vacation.

The perfect location for a memorable vacation!!!
This is one of the best finds in Florida. (I almost want to keep it our little secret) Siesta Tropical Resort truly has it all. We worshipped the very private pool/hot tub from sun up to sundown. The backyard overlooks a canal with great wildlife. We saw jumping fish and unique birds every day.
Siesta Key Village is just 1/2 block away which has great restaurants, shops and a great little grocery store that accommodated our needs.
The most beautiful beach is right down the street. It is a 10 minute walk or hop on the bikes and you are there in 5 minutes. Great morning beach walks. Incredible sunsets!
We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.
Thanks for the incredible care given by Kathi and Grant. They made our stay worry free. They obviously take pride in the place. They want your vacation to be the best and they sure succeeded.
Definitely felt like home for a week...But with sun, fun and relaxation!
We loved it so much, we already booked for next year!!!

A home away from home - close to everything
We just came back to Europe after some 3 weeks at this house on Siesta Key. Travelling with our six month daughter, convenience was our top priority. Having found this place on the web, I was keen to see it and found that it was all that we wanted and more. It's located minutes walking from the quaint Siesta Key village and USa beach No. 1 and as if this was not enough - the lovely private pool and garden is at your doorstep. The house, pool and garden are all very clean, well maintaned and kitted out with all you need. When crossing the doorstep we imminently felt at home. The owners were extremely helpful from the first inquiry and throughout our stay. I have already recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so.

Amazing!
Look no farther! This place is perfect. Very clean and makes you feel like you are at home. The pool is fantastic and is so refreshing to cool off and lounge at. You couldn't ask for a better location too. The village is right there and so is the beach. Very short walk to both. At night when the Village is busy and the music is going you don't hear a thing outside by the pool. Very relaxing.
Did not want to leave. I will for sure be booking this place again next time we go down here.
The owners are extremely helpful and there for you any time you need help. I spoke to Kathi almost everyday just because they were so nice and I felt very comfortable with her.
Only complaint that I have is that I had to leave!

Already planning to return!
Tropical Retreat is the best house we have stayed in over six years visiting the area. Very clean and well equipped, excellent location, perfect for families or couples.
Quality furnishings and beautifully decorated with lovely pool and spa overlooking the canal. Owner Kathi very helpful and friendly to deal with.
Would certainly recommend but deep down want to keep it our secret!

Couldn't fault this wonderful home, pristine and full refurbished to a very high standard with top quality furniture. Super central location just strides from the shops and restaurants and beaches. Owner managed by fabulous host Kathi who couldn't do enough for us and was always helpful with tips on where to go etc.
Cant recommend highly enough, would go again in a heartbeat.

Amazing, immaculate, steps from high street.
Just returned from this fab holiday home, totally remodelled and immaculate. Brand new furniture, amazing pool, on canal steps from shops/restaurants/bars. Couldn't have wished for better and rented direct from Kathi a wonderfully friendly lady who is so so helpful. Really glad we chose Siesta Tropical Retreat, you will be too.

This home was a tropical paradise, just perfect.
We rented this property for our first ever family vacation to Florida. It certainly met all our expectations and more. Our favorite was the pool and beautiful landscaping around it. The house was in excellent condition, everything we needed was there. We also loved the fact that it was so close to the village and the beach. We would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this property to other families!

This home had everything we needed. Plus lots of extras for enjoyment. The location is fantastic. We even had a manatee come right up to us while sitting by the canal. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this home! Will definately be coming back.

Perfect Location, Great Energy, Quality Construction, Very Hard
We loved this home from the moment we opened the front door. The energy in this home is warm and welcoming. The quality of construction is top quality and the house is very clean. The location couldn't have been better, quiet street located literally minutes from the village and beaches. The backyard was a dream as we sat outside every morning and evening watching the fish jumping and the variety of birds that flew by. I would highly recommend this to anyone, old, young, families, couples. You won't want to leave. Kathi is very helpful and available should you have any questions.

Fantastic vacation!
We had a great time on our Christmas week vacation. This rental home was completely furnished with every thing needed for a great vacation to Siesta Key. It was steps to the village and a little farther to the beach. The owners have thought of every detail for making a beach vacation great. We saw beautiful sunsets, listened to music and had cocktails in the village, and of course used the beautiful backyard pool when we were not at the beach. The had plenty of beach chairs and a rolling cart for beach use also.

Everything that my husband and I could have wanted was there for us. The surroundings were lovely and comfortable. The beach was close. The backyard pool was special. We could not have wished for anything better.

Wonderful vacation
I returned home yesterday from a week at "tropical retreat" on Siesta Key Fl. Was a little nervous about hurrican season, but, no problem, weather was great. This house is amazing! Everything in it was more than I could ever want. Fully equiped with everything. Absolutely amazing brand new free form pool with spa, beautiful interior decor. The owners put a lot of thought decorating it. The location couldn't be better. Less than 5 min walk to the Village. Upscale and casual dining. Shopping & other entertainment. Little more than a 5 min walk to beach or 5 min drive to public beach.
The beaches there a unbelievable. The sand doesn't get hot under your feet. Beautiful white sand and clear water.
10 min drive takes you to Sarasota, for more dining options and theater, museums and lots more. Next time, I'll be there a lot longer.
Easy to get to, about 15 min from Sarasota airport or 75 mi on interstate from Tampa airport
